All pricing is based on scope of work. Quotes are agreed upon before beginning and may adjust if the scope of work changes.
A 50% deposit is due at project start. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before launch or final delivery. Final payment is expected the day of project completion unless otherwise agreed.
Timelines vary by project size. You'll receive an estimated completion timeframe and consistent updates throughout the project.
Clients are responsible for providing required content, images, access credentials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may result in extended project timelines.
Most packages include a set number of revisions. A revision includes minor design or content adjustments. Major structural or design changes may require a new quote. Additional revisions may incur a fee and will always be discussed beforehand.
Deposits secure project scheduling and are non-refundable once work begins. Due to the custom nature of digital services, refunds are not available after project work has started. Pre-start cancellations may qualify for partial refunds at our discretion.
If a project becomes inactive for 30 days due to lack of client communication or missing materials, the project may be considered abandoned. Restarting the project may require an additional scheduling or restart fee.
Final approval is required before any website is launched. Once approved and launched, additional changes will be treated as revisions or a new project.
Once the project is fully paid, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client. Beyond Website Design retains the right to reuse general design techniques, code structures, and non-proprietary elements. We may also display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Websites may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins, payment processors, or APIs. Beyond Website Design is not responsible for outages, updates, security issues, or failures caused by these external services.
Beyond Website Design is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, loss of revenue, or data loss resulting from the use of a website or digital service provided.
Monthly maintenance plans are available to keep your site secure, updated, and optimized. These plans are optional but recommended for long-term performance and security.
