Quotes are based on the scope of work discussed during consultation. All pricing is agreed upon before any work begins. Prices are subject to change if the scope of the project changes.


3. Payment Terms:


A 50% deposit is required at the start of all custom projects. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final delivery or launch. We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other secure platforms.


4. Turnaround Times:


Project timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the work. We will provide an estimated completion date during the planning phase and communicate regularly throughout the process.


5. Revisions:


Most packages include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur a fee, which will be discussed in advance.


6. Refunds & Cancellations:


Due to the nature of custom digital work, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. Cancellations before work starts may qualify for a partial refund depending on circumstances.


7. Intellectual Property:


Clients own the final designs once the project is paid in full. Beyond Website Design retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.


8. Ongoing Maintenance:


We offer monthly maintenance plans for clients who wish to keep their websites secure, updated, and optimized. Clients are not required to enroll but are encouraged to for peace of mind.
